In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Davisson and Wilma Lowther; and his sisters, Lois Ann Glass and Louise Burns. He is survived by: his wife Sue Pyles Davisson; his son William "Bill" Gene Davisson Jr. (Darlene); his granddaughter Sheena Rene'Davisson Martin (Adam); his stepgranddaughters, Tali (Cody Sickles) and Tasha Soccorsi (Michael Pellegrini); his great grandchild Kennedy Rose Martin; and his brother-in-law Allen Kent Pyles (Jo Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
