Carl Hug Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Hug (Carnegie, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carl had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Carl may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hug and Alvera Hug; and his wife Mary Lou Hug (Ryan). He is survived by: his daughters, Maureen Schmidt (Paul), Cynthia Roche (J. "Fritz" Schardt) and Tracy Laderer (Doug). He is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
