He was predeceased by: his father Ralph James Watters. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Komisarz Watters of Carnegie.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory (5000 Noblestown Rd, Oakdale, PA 15071). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc. and Crematory- Oakdale (5000 Noblestown Rd, Oakdale, PA 15071).
