He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Gerhart (Fisher); his mother Barbara Patrick; and his stepfather Larry Patrick. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Buttlar (Tom) and Rachel Gerhart; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Phoebe Buttlar; his sister Donna Gibbs; Gail Eldridge (Dale).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leo J. Henney Funeral Home (323 2nd Ave, Carnegie, PA 15106). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
