Eleanor Patross Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Patross (Carnegie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Eleanor may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Eleanor touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Patross and Catherine Zaletski Patross; her godchildren, Mary Suzanne Dennis, George P. Zaletski, Darlene Jicomelli, JoMarie Sanders and Jordan Sanders; and her cousin Debbie Sgro.
In lieu of flowers, we request that those wishing to honor Eleanor send donations to Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in the form of a check made out to the same.
