She was predeceased by : her husband John "Babe" Poljak; and her siblings, Alice, James, Eleanor, Kathleen, Tom and Glenn.

She is survived by : her daughter Mary Jane Waldo (Jeff); her grandchildren, Brooke and Dolan Waldo; and her siblings, Betty and Leo.
