He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Sudnak (Lyons); and his sister Helen Battista. He is survived by: his children, Pauline Phillips (Carl) and Paul Sudnak (Ann); his grandsons, Seth Donnelly (Brandy) and Eric Donnelly; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Preston and Kaylee Donnelly.
