He was predeceased by: his brother William "Billy" Shaw; and his grandparents, Homer, Alberta Shaw, Jean Pavlik (Joe) and Herbert Henkle.
He is survived by: his parents, Lee Shaw and Elizabeth "Liz" Shaw (Henkle); his wife Chasta Shaw (Brink); his daughter Felicity Paige Shaw; his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Shaw (Rianna) and Alisa McFarland (John); his nieces and nephews, Max, Sadie, Caleb Shaw, John, Ella and Daniel "Danny" McFarland; Daphne, Delilah and Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in his honor to the Center for Organ Recovery & Education (CORE) and the Ronald McDonald House, as these charities were near and dear to his heart.
