He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harshaw and Grace Harshaw (Peters). He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Ann Harshaw (Dave), Donna Lee Harshaw and Kathleen Marie Harshaw Colicchie (Marlin); his grandchildren, Paige and Brooke Colicchie; his brother Jim Harshaw (Peg); his in-laws, Anthony Wierzbowski and Kathy Wierzbowski; and his wife Betty of John's Cemetery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
