She was predeceased by : her parents, John Daisley and Gertrude Daisley (Fryer); and her sister Jeanette Daisley. She is survived by : her husband Michael "Mike" Phillips; her children, Jacqueline Lihvarchik (Robert), Heather Frantz (Duane), Heidi Wojno, Scott Phillips (Judy) and Sandie Jaros (Bernie) of Brownsburg, IN.; her grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Brittany, Savannah, Summer and Charissa; and her brothers, Scott Daisley (LaDonna) and Mark Daisley (Amy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
