She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. McMullen and Grace McMullen (Wilson); her husband H. Eugene Frederick; her daughter Amy Sue Frederick; her siblings, Dean McMullen and Esther Huston; and her great grandchild Amelia Jean Gambol.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven A. Frederick (Tamie) of Broad Top, PA. and David D. Frederick (Patty) of Cassville, PA.; her grandchildren, Jason Frederick of Broad Top, PA, Chad Gambol (Kelly) of Broad Top, PA, Shannon Gambol of Davenport, FL, Paul Gambol (Kaylin) of Broad Top, PA and Ashlee Frederick; her sisters, Shirley Love of Palmyra, PA, Verna Musser, Jane Reihart (Robert) of Belleville, PA, Sharon Lowe (Seibert) of Loganville, PA and Patricia Young (Kurt) of Breezewood, PA.; and her great grandchildren, David, Kelsey, Torie, Isiah, Adelyn, Lydia and Landon.
