Clukey Jr. of Castanea and Dr. Mark Clukey (Melissa) of West Grove, PA.; his grandchildren, Ryan Clukey (Tosh), Gavin Clukey (Jordan), Taylor Sorrow (Mitch), Morgan Clukey and Connor Clukey; his stepgrandson Justin Barrett (Lizzie Flanigan); his great grandchildren, Paisley, Declan Sorrow, Lennon, Airlee and Maisyn Clukey; his sister Joan Musheno of Avis; his niece Beth Miller; and his pet Millie.
