He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Harvey Sr. and Marguerite Miller Harvey; and his brother James L. Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Jane Loretta Bittner; and his children, James Harvey (Deb) of Connecticut, Cathy Winslow (Doug) of Blanchard, Robert Harvey (Joy) of Ohio and Scott Harvey (Lisa) of State College.
