Angeline Gans Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Angeline Gans in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania. Angeline, born on November 13, 1921, passed away on October 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; and her brothers, John, Anthony and Baptista Iacopino (Buddy). She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Sandi), Jo-Ann Mortimer (Keith), Judith Shremshock (Michael) and Michael (Carissa); her grandchildren, Michael (Terri), Andrew, Christine Gans (Paula), Steven Mortimer (Jenny), Nicole Lazzaro (Matthew), Amanda Gans (Justin) and Haylee Gans; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Blake, Jordan, Isla, Milo, Evan, Isabella, Dominic and Santino; and her granddaughters, Lynn and Mikala.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes (222 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul of the Cross Parish – St. Anne (400 Hoodridge Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15234). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (3330 Leechburg Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either St. Paul of the Cross Parish or St. Vladimir Ukrainian Catholic Parish.
