He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bohayczyk and Claire Bohayczyk (Frederick); and his brother Greg Bohayczyk. He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie; his children, Lindsay and Ryan; and his sisters, Constance Sparling and Celeste "Cissy" Bohayczyk.
