He was predeceased by: his sisters, Lori Kendzlic and Juanita Russell. He is survived by: his children, Tracy, Thomas and Carly (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kaley, Lexie, Dakota and Baylee; and his sister Victoria Daddario.
