He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas E. Harder III. He is survived by: his mother Diane Harder (Hampton) of Catawissa; his daughters, Sarah Shipe (Justin) of Milton and Rebecca Harder (Austin Cardoza) of Danville; his grandson Ellis Shipe; and his siblings, Lori Barrett (Eugene "Gene") of Towanda, Kurt Harder (Robin) of Bloomsburg and Stanley Harder (Laura) of Tunkhannock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
