He was predeceased by: his former wife Cynthia E. Boyer (O'Boyle). He is survived by: his father Kermit A. Boyer; his wife Susan L. Boyer (Brendle) of Alsace Township; his siblings, Troy A. Boyer (Lora L.), Michelle L. Boyer of Wayne Township, W. Eric Haines (Kelly) and Lisa M. Bortz (Ryan) of Alsace Township; his niece Cynthia E. Boyer; his grandmother Shirley O'Boyle of Fleetwood; his aunt Sheryl Stamm (Wilson) of Fleetwood; and his nephews, Ian, Gavin Bortz, Spencer and Benjamin Haines. He is also survived by aunt and multiple uncles.
