He was predeceased by : his father Herbert C. Rampe, II; and his brother Louden Rampe. He is survived by : his wife Rose M. Rampe; his children, Christopher S. Rampe (Tamara Sullivan) of Milton, Randi L. Sherman (Robert) of Berwick and Ricky L. Levan, Jr. of Shickshinny; his grandchildren, Jaime Leighton (Doug), Robert McClosky, Alexis Polcyn (Austin), Aysia Sherman, Nickolas Sherman, Lucas Sherman, Julian Sherman, Kayla Levan, Olivia Temple and Brendon Levan; and his great grandchildren, Madalyn Leighton, Michael Leighton and Greyson Polcyn.
