She is survived by: her parents, Ralph E. Allen and Gloria D. Allen (Klinger); her husband Kirtland John Mitchell; her children, Heather M. Obssuth (Jesse) of Allentown, Joshua J. Mitchell (Hannah) of Elysburg and Nathaniel J. Mitchell (Samantha) of Mertztown; her granddaughters, Miesha, Olivia, Holly, Chloe and Grace; and her siblings, Clayton Allen (Rhonda), Dorothy Baskin (Brad), Harvey Allen (Lori), Paul Allen (Sandy) and Sarah Kile (Jon).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Allen R. Horne Funeral Home and Cremation Services (193 McIntyre Rd, Catawissa, PA 17820). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
