She was predeceased by: her father Rodney Shaffer. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Pugh (Kyttle) of Bloomsburg; her husband Mark A. LeVan; her sons, Mitchell Walp of Norfolk, VA and Caleb LeVan of Catawissa; her granddaughter Madeline Walp; and her siblings, Susan Oman of Bloomsburg, Rodney Shaffer of Bloomsburg and Thomas Pugh of Macungie, PA.
