He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald M. Getty and Blanche A. Getty (Miller); his sister Sandra Snyder; and his brother-in-law Harold Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Getty of Catawissa; his children, Corey S. Getty (Marianne Kreisher) of Bloomsburg and Wendy K. Potter (Mark) of Catawissa; his grandchildren, Claudia Waltman (Shane) of Hetlerville, Lydia Getty of Bloomsburg, Leah Klingerman (Ricky) of State College, Lindsey Fogelsanger of Bloomsburg, Lilian Fogelsanger of Bloomsburg, Jake Fogelsanger of Bloomsburg, Cole Potter of Catawissa and Logan Potter of Catawissa; and his sister Sharon Hayman (Kenneth) of Catawissa.
