Kuzma, Andrew Kuzma (Suzanne) and David Kuzma (Julie); his grandchildren, Joshua Kuzma, Justin Kuzma, Kaitlyn Kuzma, Ginger Hooker (Brian), Dylan Kuzma, Audra Kuzma, Alex Kuzma, Maddie Kuzma, Katie Kuzma, Pete Kuzma and Isaac Kuzma; his great grandchildren, Jude, Ava and Dylan; and his siblings, Larry Kuzma (Kathie) and Suzanne Piccirilli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
