She is survived by: her brother Randy Tetrick (Cindy); and her nieces and nephews, Christopher Herrmann (Terri), Randy David Tetrick (Mandy), Ellie Jellison (Chad), Amanda Tetrick and Michael Herrmann (Alicia).
