She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph L. Herold and Edith M. Herold (Ryder). She is survived by: her children, Chuck L. Moore, Jr. of Center Township, PA and Karen Shields (Richard) of Slippery Rock, PA; her granddaughter Ashley Shields; and her niece Dawn Campbell.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001).
