He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Foellner and Anna Foellner (Schatz); his pet Sadie; and his sister Joanne (Donald Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Foellner (Chambers); his children, Brian Phillip Foellner of Fireman's League, David Allen Foellner (Rebecca Dobson) and Chewie; his sister Susan (Nate Tickner); and his pet Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norcross-Weber Funeral Home (101 N Main St, Coopersburg, PA 18036). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's memory to a charity of your choosing, benefiting animals.
