He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Falcone and Jayne Davidson Falcone. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Donna Falcone (Stanko); his children, Katrina Falcone-Smith (Shawn) of Buford, GA, Aaron Falcone (Christine) of Irwin, PA and Matthew Falcone (Leah) of Eighty Four, PA; his grandchildren, Jude Smith, Layla Smith, Emily Smith, Aubrey Falcone, Chloe Falcone and Alexis Falcone; his sister Jayne Bartolotti (Phil) of East Millsboro; and his pets, Hank and Furlein. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, and great nieces and nephews; two pet.
