He was predeceased by : his parents, Roland Maxwell and Helen Weatherbee Clark; and his siblings, George Clark (Leola), Dorothy Hasbrouck (Neal) and Katherine Bojarski (Barney).

He is survived by : his wife Jeanne Mercer Clark; his children, Kathleen Clark of Centerville and Roger (Mary Jane Clark) of Erie; and his grandchildren, Emily (Vincent Cousineau) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Jeffrey (Ashley Clark) of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centerville Fellowship Church, Crawford County Humane Society, or a charity of one's choice.
