He is survived by: his wife Karen Reece Worthington; his daughters, Pamela Worthington-Lash of Dothan, AL, Amanda Worthington-McDade of Hobbs, NM, Darlene Van Marter (Richard) of Liverpool, NY, Amy Zizzi (Thomas) of Waianae, HI and Wendy Benzee (Gary) of Elma, NY; his stepdaughter Keri Comp (Brian, Jr.) of Bradenville; his sons, Daniel Worthington of Centerville and Ronald Wangelin (Tram) of Seattle, WA; and his stepsons, Patrick M. Truax Sr. (Melissa) of Dravosburg and Travis R. Truax (Katlyn) of Dawson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
