He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Balya and Margaret Balya (Antol); his siblings, Michael, Daniel and Mary Ann Naret; and his wife Lucille Oravec.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Lou Nelson (Skip) of Somerset; his granddaughters, Julie Frantz (Jeff) of Erie and Patti Jo Opfar (Jon) of Somerset; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Nathan Frantz and Henry Opfar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Central City Sportsman's Club for the kids fishing rodeos at PO Box 152 Cairnbrook, PA 15924.
