She is survived by: her husband Harry B. Downs, Jr.; her children, Lisa Threlfall (Douglas), Joanne Grego (John), Robin Rhoades (Christian Davies) and Robert Rhoades, 3rd; her stepchildren, Harry "Bruce" Downs, III, Lisa Warren (late Keith) and Jennifer Newsome (Lonnie); and her siblings, Margaret Tillman and William "Bob" Smith. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
