He is survived by: his wife Sarah Anne Rahner; his children, Jenna Rahner, Kurt Rahner (Donna), Marianne Krug (Tom) and Kris Garrett (Steve); his grandchildren, Tarah Day (Rob), Erik Rahner (Louisa), Alexander John Krug (Lauren), Sheridan Sarah Krug and Eva Charlese Krug; and his great grandchildren, Troy, Gianna, Harper Day, Brooks and Eila Rahner. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to the Knights of Columbus, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342.
