He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis Talley and Anne Marion Talley. He is survived by: his children, Rachel E. Fis (Jorge), Melissa A. Talley, Leah N. Talley (Tyler) and Nathaniel J. Talley; and his siblings, Joseph Talley, Michele Palmer and Dana Kimbro.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home (3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA 19060). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
