She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Miller and Ruth Miller (Fimbell); and her husband James H. Cloud. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Ensslin (Jeffrey) and Jodi Cloud; her brother Stanley Miller (Lynne); her stepchildren, Deborah DiMarco and James Cloud Jr.; and her grandchildren, Colin, Ryan and Maggie Ensslin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elam United Methodist Church (1073 Smithbridge Rd, Glen Mills, PA 19342). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Elam U M Church Cemetery (1073 Smithbridge Rd, Glen Mills, PA 19342).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Valerie's memory may be made to the above-named church.
