She was predeceased by: her parents, Collins Warren Blakely and Beatrice Dee Hogue Blakely; her daughter Michelle; and her siblings, Ronald Blakely, Dale Blakely, Colleen Rowan and Bonnie Griggs.
She is survived by: her spouse Delwin Thomas Eagar; her children, Nikki Eagar and Anjanette Willems (Sean); her stepdaughter DeDe Piccinetti (Jim); and her siblings, Debbie Bishop (Pat) and David Blakley (Jolene).
