He is survived by : his wife Donna Steinmetz Checkovage; his sons, Frank Checkovage III (Heidi) of Willow Grove and Michael Checkovage (Megan) of Southampton; his grandchildren, Lana, Colie, Jack, Colin and Sean Checkovage; and his sister Roseann Hesson.
