He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jernigan and Alice Jernigan. He is survived by: his wife Gilda Walburn Jernigan; his children, Lezlie Fosbrook (Steve) of Torrington, CT, Lisa Springart (John) of Harleysville, PA and Anthony Walburn of Horsham, PA.; his grandchildren, Briana, Garrett, Nicholas, Ian, Emily of Leah, JT and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Ava and JJ. He is also survived by his two brothers and two sisters.
