He is survived by: his parent Bonnie L. Zinn (Parr) of Chambersburg; his daughter Ashlynn T. Hartman of Chambersburg; his granddaughter Aubrey Rae Newman; and his siblings, Charles Ray Hartman, Jr. of Pittsburgh, Ann Louise Zeek of Chambersburg, Wendy Lea Henry (Kippen) of Chambersburg and Christopher A. Zinn (Claudia) of Phoenixville.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
