She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood D. Ayers and Thelma E. Ayers (Beach); her husband Harry F. "Don" Long; her daughters, Linda Gorman and Gail Mellons; and her brother Ronald Ayers.
She is survived by: her son Larry A. Long (Helen) of Hollidaysburg; and her grandchildren, Crystal Smith (Jason), Cathy Whitman (Jason) and Christopher Harclerode (Leah). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Diehl's Crossroads Church of the Brethren (2631 Henrietta Rd, Martinsburg, PA 16662). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
