It is with sadness that the passing of Barbara Ann Kirkpatrick of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania is shared. Barbara Ann, born on May 2, 1975, passed away on September 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Barbara Ann will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Barbara Ann by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Barbara Ann is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Barbara Ann’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She is survived by: her parents, William Swope and Jane Swope of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania.; her son Liam Kirkpatrick; and her husband Craig Kirkpatrick.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home & Cremation Center (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends to contribute to the Barbara Kirkpatrick Memorial Scholarship Fund with the Chambersburg Area Education Foundation.
