She was predeceased by: her great grandchildren, Victoria Jade and Morgan Hope Welty; and her daughter Cheryl Ann Walker Linebarier. She is survived by: her brother David William Kahle (William Edward Walker); her children, Jefferson Blaine Walker and Constance Suzanne Walker; her grandchildren, Leigh, Kaitlin, Harrison and Nora; her great grandchildren, Alivia, Wyatt, Christopher (CJ) and Ryker; and her close friend Barbara Burns.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home (725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cindy's memory can be made to the American Lung Association.
