Martin; his children, Timothy Martin, Todd Martin and Lora Martin; his grandchildren, Jason Martin, David Martin, Shawn Martin and Brandon Watkins; his great grandchildren, Ashlin Yates, Justin Martin, Kristin Martin, Brehann Dash, Elizabeth Martin and Jilaina Martin; his siblings, Faye Cramer and Cleone Hawkesworth; and also, Marvin Martin, Wayne Martin and Joyce Lindner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dale's name may be made to Mount Olivet United Brethren Church.
