He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Hoffman, Sr. and Rachel Hoffman (Bricker); and his brother Terry Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hoffman (Grove); and his children, Brent (Liz) of Prague, Tasha Asay (Bill) of Wall, NJ and Quay (Hallie) of Mechanicsburg, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
