He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris Decker Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Crouse; his son Brian Fowler (Samantha); his stepson Daniel Crouse (Alison); and his children, Morgan, Elizabeth and Mark Crouse (Sheila). He is also survived by many loving extended family members and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Menno Haven's Brookview Healthcare Center Chapel (1000 Northfield Dr, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
In lieu of flowers, it was Dean's wish that contributions be made to the Bosler Library, Carlisle, PA.
