With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolly Osterman of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 10, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Dolly farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dolly is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gearhart and Stella Gearhart (Draper); her husband Paul; and her pet Spuds. She is survived by: her sons, Micheal of Chambersburg and Ronald (Teresa) of East Berlin; and her grandson Chance of East Berlin.
In Lieu of flowers a donation in her name can be made to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter.
