He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Inez Lowery; his wife Carol Truett Lowery; his children, Steven L. Lowery (Julie Oberholzer), Michael E. Lowery (Kathy) and Sherry M. Wright; his grandchildren, Kaylyn Lowery, Alivia Wenger (Sterling), Jordan Wright (Jamie) and Devin Wright; his great grandchildren, Valaree, Adler and Etson; and his stepbrother Ronald Grove (Connie).
