Dortha Neil Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dortha Neil of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George Wise and Catherine Wise (Johnson); her former life partner W. Eugene Neil; and her siblings, Agnes Frey, Elizabeth Rheam, Glenn Wise and Arthur Wise.
She is survived by : her children, Julia R. Davids (Jeff) of Chambersburg and Steven J. Neil (Melody) of Martinsburg, WV; her granddaughters, Brianna Ewan and Makenzie Burgess; her great grandchild Liam Ewan; and also, John Gipe and Pat Wagaman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
