She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ellsworth Tarr and Clarice Ridings Tarr; and her great grandchild Eric Blake Flanagan. She is survived by: her brother Richard Gary Tarr (Karen) of Chambersburg; her children, Kelly Ann Moreno, Wayne Eric Flanagan, Paul Roland Flanagan and Douglas Andrew Flanagan; her granddaughters, Jennifer Lyne Flanagan, Patricia Marie "Tricia" Flanagan Edmisten, Laura Eileen Flanagan McGee (Daniel), Wendy Leigh Flanagan Gambino (Lawrence) and Emily Ann Flanagan Vandiver (Jason); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Melina, Lila, Abigail, Isaiah, Benjamin and Elisha; her niece Stacy Tarr Saylor; her great-nephew Stefan Gewiss; Connie.
