It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elden Eby of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 19, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Eby and Lydia Lehman Eby; and his siblings, David, Lloyd, Wayne, Harold, Glenn Eby, Louise Martin and Mary Eby.
He is survived by: his wife Marie C. Frey Eby; his children, Dwayne L. Eby (Brenda), Tina M. Lehman (Lester), Daryl E. Eby (Teresa) and Jody K. Eby; his grandchildren, Kristen Showalter (Jeffrey), J. Colby Lehman, Timothy Lehman, Seth Eby (Brittany), Benjamin Eby and Megan Horner (Joseph); and his sister Dorothy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cedar Grove Mennonite Church (13343 Williamsport Pike, Greencastle, PA 17225). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Cumberland Valley Relief Center, 4225 Molly Pitcher Hwy., Chambersburg, PA 17202.
