With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Rice of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Rice to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Bell and Helen Jewell Bell; and her brother Kenneth Bell. She is survived by : her sons, James "Ben" Rice (Jaime) of Loris, SC, Earl "Chip" Rice of St. Thomas, PA and Eric Rice of Chambersburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Nathanial, Blake and Bailey Rice.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Franklin County 4-H, 181 Franklin Farm Lane.
